Roger Snyder is a WV native, born and raised in Wheeling, WV. He attended Central Catholic High School and Washington & Jefferson College. At both institutions, he broke and set records in Football and Track & Field. Roger was selected in college for the All-American team, playing in the Aztec Bowl against Mexico. Roger has also worked in gyms and coached youth sports. He is active in the community and helps his wife with the local middle school Show Choir, South Spirit. He hopes to become even more involved with Berkeley County Schools.
Now residing in Martinsburg, Roger is a pharmaceutical sales rep, and in his spare time has become NASM certified, and opened his own studio gym to cater to a one-on-one clientele. Roger is a prime example of a personal trainer; he trains and competes himself, giving him more then just knowledge, but applicable experience. Roger's fun loving personality enables him to have a great rapport with people, while giving them the boost they need to stay motivated. Roger has a burning desire to help people achieve their own personal fitness goals, and stretch them beyond what they thought they could do or be. Roger also has a passion for helping student athletes become better at their skill and talent. He wants to go beyond coaching the sport, and coach the individual to be their absolute best. This past spring he volunteered to help with the Martinsburg High School Boys Track Team. His clinics showed great improvement, with one young man taking 1st at the state meet!
Roger also wants to help the childhood obesity epidemic that is rapidly growing. He wants to partner with the community and educate parents and kids on proper nutrition, and how to stay active and live a healthy life.
In his spare time, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and three children: Landon, Peyton, and Cohen. He enjoys traveling, training, sports, and cooking.
